Programs
Lil Tigers

This program is for 3 - 6 years and offers an age appropriate curriculum. Students learn Tae kwon do skills while learning discipline, respect, and how to work effectively in a group.  We teach fairness, equality, non-bullying, and non-judging.  Classes consists of basic blocking, kicking, punching, stances, and breathing.
Junior

Our Junior classes are designed to improve your child’s coordination, flexibility, balance and increase their physical fitness. Classes are also designed to learn self-defense, focus, self-control, confidence and self-esteem. They are fun, exciting and adventurous classes. Junior students learn the effective ways of dealing with bullies and they also develop leadership skills to help others. Children learn respect for themselves and others through Tae Kwon Do. The self-discipline that is developed through training and practice will help carry on into the other aspects of your child’s life, such as school and home life. A shy student can learn to become outgoing and confident, while an aggressive student can learn to be calm and respectful.

Competition Team

The KICKS Competition Team is for the elite Tae Kwon Do athlete who is interested in learning more of the competitive aspect of sport poomsae and sport sparring. Our students compete on the State, National and International level. Competition training is geared for all ages who have a desire to excel in sport TKD and to become future Olympians. Some past members have become USAT National Team members, International Champions, as well as coaches and referees supporting sport Tae Kwon Do.
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that teaches discipline and shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. "Tae" means 'strike with foot', "Kwon" means 'strike with hand', and "Do" means 'using the mind'.  When all three parts are put together you can see the important concepts behind "Tae Kwon Do".

Weapons Seminar

This program offers comprehensive training in weapons such as the nunchucks and bo (staff).
KickFit

KickFit is an exciting workout system designed to control weight and tone muscle.  Punch, kick, run, jump, step, and lift your way to the healthy, physically fit body you desire.
Zumba

Zumba is a high energy workout dance program.  It combines music with a fun fitness workout program.

Adult

Our Adult classes are designed to develop a strong mind and body while also increasing self-defense skills. Tae Kwon Do helps strengthen your body through the physical fitness taught during this program. Our adults find the benefits an excellent way to stay physically fit while controlling weight, maintaining muscle tone and increase their flexibility while studying at KICKS. Tae Kwon Do is a great way to relieve stress while boosting confidence and improving concentration.
